Tilt-turn window

A European-style window whose single handle does two things — tilt the top in for a crack of air, or swing the whole sash in like a door.

What it means for you

Two windows in one: secure trickle ventilation in tilt mode, and a wide, egress-friendly, easy-to-clean opening in turn mode, with a very airtight multi-point seal. It's a premium import-style unit, priced like one.

Where you'll see it

Modern and high-performance homes; uncommon on standard NC replacement quotes.
